Como ya iban anunciando diferentes webs, finalmente la Cuenta Oficial de Facebook de Paul Simon ha confirmado que lanzará en CD y DVD el concierto que ofreció en el Hyde Park en el año 2012 durante la Gira 25º Aniversario de Graceland. El lanzamiento está previsto para el próximo 9 de Junio. Es un album que va a ser muy especial ya que se reunió para dicha gira a los músicos originales de la del 87-89. Existen diferentes videos oficiales del mismo pero por fin podremos verlo entero, aunque han sido eliminadas algunas canciones. Aqui el SETLIST que incluirá el album:
